The car park is level with the exception of two speedbumps leading up the drive.
The cafe is accessible without any steps. The outside patio is also step-free (there are four steps at the lakeside access but the access by the main cafe entrance does not have any steps).
The toilets are accessible without any steps and there is a disabled toilet with wide doors.
The Kilnsey Trail is a gravelled footpath and nature trail that leads around the site. Access is across a wide wooden bridge. The lower part of the Trail – where the farm animals and red squirrels can be seen – has a slight incline leading from the entrance. Beyond the beehive the footpath goes up a slope that is not easily traversed by wheelchairs and pushchairs.
Baby changing facilities are available in the disabled toilet.
