Introduction to Fly Fishing course
This one day course is for those with little or no experience in Fly Fishing. It gives you a really enjoyable day out, while providing all the basic skills and information needed to enable you to start fly fishing for yourself.
You even get to take a fish home with you – filleted if you like, and an exclusive booklet to remind you of the day and the techniques that you learned.
You also receive a voucher which entitles you to a free 4 hour ticket fishing at Kilnsey, so you can come back to hone your skills in our beautiful setting.
Our enjoyable beginners fly fishing courses make great presents, and we can issue named gift certificates. We can leave the dates open if bought as a gift.

Full Day Guided Walk
A full day’s walk to climb one of the ‘Dales 30’ mountains. From Kilnsey head along the River Wharfe to Kettlewell. From here climb the steep slopes of Great Whernside, past Hag Dyke and the mines to the summit. Return via the southern shoulder of the mountain dropping down on to the Dales Way near Conistone Pie. Bring clothes and footwear suitable for the weather and rough outdoor walking. Also a packed lunch. 12 miles. £30 pp.

Half Day Guided Walk
The Unique characteristics of the Yorkshire Dales captured in one short 6 mile walk. From Kilnsey we will head up Conistone Dib and on to the lovely limestone scenery of above. The walk then heads south to the famous Grass Woods near Grassington before returning along the River Wharfe to Kilnsey. Bring clothes and footwear suitable for the weather and outdoor walking. £20pp.
