Introduction to Fly Fishing course

Join our one day course for those with little or no experience in Fly Fishing. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never even thought about fishing before – we will show you that fishing is for everyone and it’s really easy to get started. This course will give you all the basic skills needed to enable you to start fly fishing for yourself – but even more important than that you will have had a really enjoyable and relaxing day out.

You will be guided by our professional fishing coaches in small groups of up to four. The course cost includes all equipment, your fishing permit and EA rod licence. You even get to take a fish home with you – filleted if you like – and an exclusive booklet to remind you of the day and the techniques that you learned. You also receive a free 4 hour ticket or a half price 8 hour ticket so you can come back here to hone your fishing skills. Minimum age for the course is 14 years.

Please note that lunch and refreshments are not included, so you can either bring your own, or take advantage of our excellent cafe.
