Parent & Child Fishing Experience

This half day experience is ideal for those who would like to spend some quality family time together learning the basics of fly fishing. Immerse yourself in the fantastic scenery of Upper Wharfedale and create memories as you work together to hook a fish.

We want you to experience the thrill of getting a fish on the line, so our Parent & Child Fishing Experience focuses a little more on the practical side of fishing and a little less on the theory.

Small groups of up to four will be guided by our professional fishing coaches. Each ticket includes one parent and one child, however you could book two tickets to make it a full family experience – please contact us if you would like to bring along more than one child. The course cost includes all equipment, your fishing permit and EA rod licence. You even get to take a fish home with you – filleted if you like. Minimum age for the course is 10 years.

Please note that lunch and refreshments are not included, so you can either bring your own, or take advantage of our excellent cafe.
