Fish Farm Manager
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Fish Farm Manager to oversee fish farm operations while enhancing and managing the visitor experience side of the estate.
With previous experience in a similar role, you will be a sound decision maker, who can work autonomously. You’ll ideally have supervisory and people management skills and will be able to coordinate the work of other individuals to ensure the smooth operation of the fish farm.
We’re looking for an individual who can work with minimal supervision and enjoy a ‘hands-on’ role in a farming environment. A passion for fish farming, with high standards of animal welfare, and an interest in exploring new opportunities and developing the business is key.

Fish Farm Operative
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Fish Farm Operative to assist the Fish Farm Manager and support the operations of the fish farm, ensuring that stock produced is of the highest possible standard and meets the required specification in terms of weight, quality, welfare etc.
Ideally, you will have had some experience in a similar role, though training will be provided. You’ll have good people skills and be a team player.
