Kilnsey Park is in Upper Wharfedale in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, mid-way between the picturesque villages of Grassington and Kettlewell. We encourage visitors to arrive by public transport where possible.

Car: 11 miles north of Skipton (B6160) and 27 miles west of Harrogate (A59/B6265). Postcode for Sat Nav: BD23 5PS. Parking at Kilnsey Park is free.

Bus: There is a daily bus service (number 72) from Skipton to Grassington, with a connecting minibus service from Grassington to Bucken which calls at Kilnsey (service 72B). There are also weekend services from Leeds via Ilkley. For further information visit www.dalesbus.org or plan your journey with Traveline.

Train: The nearest railway station is Skipton, 15 miles away. From there take either a bus or a taxi.

Cycle: We are located on the National Cycle Network (Regional Route 10), Dales Cycleway and 2014 Tour de France route. Bike racks and free water refills available.

Foot: Walking is a fantastic way of seeing the Yorkshire Dales. There are a number of short and long distance trails in the area – for great information about local walks we recommend the Where2Walk website. Kilnsey Park is just 1.5 miles off the Dales Way (Conistone) and 4 miles from the Pennine Way (Malham Tarn).
